The Location - Hamilton Pool Farms

Hamilton Pool Farms is a regenerative farm and educational center offering a variety of programs and products focused on nature, sustainable living, and education.

  • Nature Academy and Farm School: Full-time or part-time private school for grades K-5 with a focus on nature-based learning, and a Friday Farm School program for ages 3-16 offering outdoor, Waldorf-inspired education.

  • Herbalism & Homestead Adventures: A seasonal program for ages 8-13 teaching homesteading skills like cooking, fermenting, gardening, animal care, and practical life skills, along with herbalism, medicinal herb knowledge, and sustainable living practices.

  • CSA & Farm Store: Offers fresh produce, herbs, organic eggs, raw milk, grass-fed beef, organic chicken, and ferments from their regenerative farm.

  • Farm Camp: Summer camp program for kids ages 4-10 focused on connecting with nature through farm activities, cooking, crafts, and water play.

  • Events & Workshops: Hosts adult workshops, farm visit days, and farm-to-table experiences.

  • CSA Program: Weekly boxes of locally-grown produce with options for farm pickup, farmers market pickup, or delivery.

  • Volunteer Opportunities: Offers volunteer and internship opportunities to learn about sustainable agriculture.

General Information

Q: What should I wear? Is there a themes?
A: Come as you are and dress comfortably! Since this is an outdoor event, we recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes. Unleash your primal instincts on the dancefloor in any animal print that inspires you. Leopard, cheetah, tiger, bear, oh my! Let’s get wild

Q: What’s the event schedule?
A: The full event schedule will be on the website and social media. Expect a mix of live music, workshops, social activities, and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the space. Stay tuned for updates!

Q: Is wine from the winery included in my ticket?
A: No, wine is not included in your ticket price, but it will be available for purchase at the winery. Support the venue by grabbing a glass (or a bottle) while you enjoy the festivities!

Q: Can I attend for one night without camping?
A: Yes! While camping is encouraged for the full experience, you are welcome to attend for a single day or evening. Be sure to check ticket options to see what works best for you. It is a long drive back so please be safe and responsible.

Q: Are there any VIP accommodations?
A: At this time, we do not have designated VIP accommodations.

Q: I’ve camped with TGS at Burning Man before—do I get a discount?
A: We appreciate our TGS family! While there’s no automatic discount, we love supporting our past campers. Reach out to us directly to discuss possible perks.

Q: What will be served, what should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
A: We strive to provide a variety of delicious and nourishing meals, including farm-fresh produce, as well as farm-raised pig and lamb seared over an open flame. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available, but due to the scale of our event, we may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. If you have severe allergies or highly specific dietary needs, we strongly encourage you to bring your own preferred food options to ensure you have exactly what you need. We want everyone to feel comfortable and well-fed while enjoying the Harvest Party!

Q: Are there volunteer opportunities? 
A: Yes, contact the organizer to get more details on how you can help this vision become reality and learn of some of the perks associated with volunteering. 

Logistics

Q: When does the event start & when should I arrive?
A: Plan to arrive early enough to set up your campsite and get settled before the main activities begin. Main programming begins at 2pm April 5th. You should give yourself a couple hours to set up and get settled in to be ready for the scheduled programming. Check in will begin at 10am.

Q: Can I arrive late & still be allowed entry?
A: Gates close strictly at 6PM, so please arrive before then so that you don't disturb the event. There will be no re-entry allowed.

Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, parking is available on-site but is separate from the campsite. Be prepared to walk your gear to your camping spot or bring a wagon for easier transport.

Q: What meals are provided?
A: Your ticket includes a farm-to-table dinner. Other than that, bring snacks or enjoy refreshments from the wine tasting room.

Q: Is there medical assistance available on-site?
A: Basic first aid will be available, but please bring any personal medications or medical supplies you may need. In case of an emergency, local emergency services will be contacted.

Camping-Specific Questions

Q: Do I need to bring a tent?
A: Yes, unless you have other sleeping arrangements, you will need to bring your own tent.

Q: Is camping included in my ticket price?
A: Yes, camping is included in your ticket price.

Q: Can I sleep in my car?
A: No, car camping is not allowed. Vehicles will be parked in a separate area from the campsites.

Q: Are bathrooms & showers available?
A: Yes, bathrooms will be available. However, showers are not provided, so plan accordingly.

Q: Is there power or a generator for charging devices?
A: No, this is a low-tech event. There will be no outlets or power stations for charging devices, so bring a portable battery if needed.

Q: Are fires or camp stoves allowed?
A: Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits near campsites. Small camp stoves may be permitted for cooking, but please follow all fire safety guidelines.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: No, pets are not allowed at this event.

Q: What should I NOT bring?
A: Do not bring:

  • Glass containers

  • Fireworks

  • Firearms

  • Illegal substances

  • A bad attitude—come ready to have a great time!

Q: What is the event’s policy on sustainability and trash?
A: This is a Burner-style event, so please Leave No Trace. Maintain a clean environment—your mom isn’t here to clean up after you! Pack out what you pack in and help keep the farm clean for everyone.
